6. Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Where an order is delivered in more than one parcel, this period runs from the day you receive the last item.

To exercise this right, tell us clearly that you wish to cancel before the 14 days expire. You can do this by emailing info@floralondon.uk with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

We will refund the amount you paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we state otherwise. You may handle the goods as you would in a shop, but if their value is reduced because you have handled them beyond what is necessary, we may deduct that reduction from your refund.

7. Billing and account information

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where we suspect fraud, where a price is incorrect, where a product is unavailable or where payment fails.

If an order is cancelled after payment, any amount due will be refunded to the original payment method.

Your use of optional third-party tools is at your own discretion and subject to the relevant provider's terms.
